These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Stars Interactive Limited as the operator of the online gambling services offered via the website roads.bet under the product configuration referred to as Bet Road (together, the "Site", "Services", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these definitions and definitions in any product- or promotion-specific rules, these Terms prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Operator: Stars Interactive Limited, a limited company registered in Malta and part of The Stars Group division of Flutter Entertainment plc, operating the Services for players in Great Britain under UK Gambling Commission remote licence number 39108.
- Site: The website located at roads.bet, including any sub-domains, mobile sites, applications and related digital interfaces operated by the Operator for the Bet Road product.
- Services: Remote gambling services (including casino, betting and bingo) and related facilities made available to you on or via the Site.
- User / Player / You / Your: Any natural person who has registered or attempts to register an account on the Site and who uses or attempts to use the Services.
- Account: The remotely accessible gambling account that you open and maintain with us in order to use the Services.
- Bet / Wager / Stake: Any sum of money risked on the outcome of a game, event or other contingent circumstance offered through the Services, including stakes placed with bonus funds where permitted.
- Games: All casino games, betting markets, bingo, live dealer games and any other gambling products made available on the Site from time to time.
- Bonus / Promotion: Any offer, reward, free bet, free spin, cashback, tournament entry, loyalty benefit or similar incentive made available by us and subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
- Cash Balance: The portion of your Account balance that consists of deposits and winnings that are not subject to wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions (other than those imposed by law and these Terms).
- Bonus Balance: The portion of your Account balance that is subject to wagering, time or other conditions and which may not be withdrawn until those conditions are satisfied.
- UKGC: The UK Gambling Commission, the statutory regulator for gambling in Great Britain (licence number 39108 in respect of the Services).
- ADR Provider / IBAS: The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), the alternative dispute resolution body currently appointed by the Operator to adjudicate certain unresolved disputes free of charge to you.
- Business Day: A day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England) on which banks are generally open for business in London.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to open an Account and use the Services. It is a criminal offence for anyone under 18 to participate in gambling in Great Britain.
- Territorial scope: The Services are intended only for players who are physically located in Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales). You must not use the Services if you are outside Great Britain or in any jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
- Identity checks: We are required by the UKGC, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations to verify your identity and age. We may request information and documents including, without limitation, copies of your passport or ID card, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of payment methods.
- Verification timing: We may restrict your ability to deposit, wager or withdraw until we have completed our checks. If we cannot verify your details to our satisfaction, we may refuse registration, suspend your Account or close it and, where required by law or regulation, return your Cash Balance.
Registration Process
- Single Account: You may hold only one Account with us for the Services. Multiple Accounts, whether using different identities, email addresses, payment methods or devices, are prohibited and may be treated as bonus abuse or fraud.
- Required information: During registration you must provide complete and accurate information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other details we reasonably request.
- Email and contact verification: We may require you to verify your email address or other contact details (for example through a verification link or one-time code). Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions or closure of your Account.
- Ongoing accuracy: You must keep your registration information up to date and notify us promptly of any changes (for example, change of address or surname). We may ask you to provide evidence of any changes.
Account Security and Responsible Use
- Login credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other authentication credentials. You must not disclose them to any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
- Unauthorised use: You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account unless we have failed to apply reasonable security measures and such failure directly enabled misuse. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must inform us immediately and change your password.
- Personal use only: Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not use the Services on behalf of any third party or in the course of a business.
- Responsible gambling tools: We provide responsible gambling tools on the Site (such as deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion) in line with our regulatory obligations and industry best practice. You agree to use these tools where needed and to gamble only with money that you can afford to lose.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Participating in Games
- Availability of markets and games: The range of Games and betting markets available on the Site may change at any time. We may add, suspend or remove Games or markets at our discretion in order to comply with legal, regulatory or operational requirements.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game or betting market displays the applicable minimum and maximum stake, which may vary by product, customer and time. We may set individual limits on your stakes or winnings for regulatory, risk-management or responsible gambling reasons.
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it is accepted by our servers and appears in your betting or game history. If there is any disagreement about whether a Bet has been placed or the details of a Bet, our transaction records will be conclusive, subject to investigation of any obvious error.
- Use of funds: Bets may only be placed using available funds in your Account (Cash Balance and, where permitted, Bonus Balance). We do not provide credit for gambling.
Cancellations, Voids and Settlement
- Irrevocability: Once a Bet has been accepted, you may not cancel it. We may, at our discretion and without obligation, agree to cancel a Bet or treat it as void in circumstances of obvious error or technical failure.
- Technical failures: If a Game or market is interrupted due to a system failure, network outage or other technical issue, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the specific rules of the Game and applicable UKGC requirements. Where possible, play will resume from the last recorded state; otherwise the Bet may be voided and the stake returned.
- Settlement of bets: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event or, for casino and similar Games, by means of certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes. Once a result is confirmed and Bets are settled, the settlement is normally final.
- Errors and corrections: In case of an obvious or manifest error (for example, an incorrect price, line, pay table or result), we may correct the error by re-settling the Bet at the correct terms or voiding the Bet. Where your Account has been incorrectly credited or debited, we may adjust the balance to rectify the error.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Multiplayer Environments
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully in all chats, live casino environments and multiplayer Games. Insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, obscene or offensive language, or any form of abuse are strictly prohibited.
- No advertising or solicitation: You must not use chats or other interactive features to advertise products or services, promote other gambling sites, or solicit funds or personal data from other players.
- Fair play and collusion: You must not collude with other players, use bots or automated tools, exploit software bugs, share hole-card or other non-public information, or engage in any strategy that we reasonably consider to be unfair or contrary to the rules of the Game.
- Enforcement: We may mute, restrict or remove your access to chat and multiplayer features, suspend your Account or void Bets where we reasonably believe that you have breached this section, without prejudice to other remedies available to us.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Supplementary terms: Each Bonus or Promotion is subject to these Terms and to specific promotional terms that are presented on the Site. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms normally prevail for that offer.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at our discretion and may be targeted to particular players or segments. Eligibility criteria may include your country of residence, account status, previous activity and compliance history.
- One per person and household: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device and payment method. Creating multiple Accounts or otherwise attempting to circumvent these limits is prohibited and may lead to cancellation of Bonuses and closure of Accounts.
Activation, Wagering Requirements and Time Limits
- Activation: Some Bonuses require you to opt in, enter a bonus code or meet specific conditions (for example, making a qualifying deposit or placing a qualifying Bet) within a stated period. Details are provided in the relevant promotional terms.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds, free spins winnings or other promotional credits may be subject to wagering requirements. This means that you must place Bets with eligible stakes on eligible Games totalling at least a specified amount before the relevant Bonus Balance becomes withdrawable.
- Game contribution: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements, and some Games may be excluded altogether. The contribution rates and exclusions are specified in the promotional terms and may be updated from time to time.
- Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods, which are stated in the promotional terms. If you do not meet the requirements within the applicable period, the Bonus and any associated winnings that remain in your Bonus Balance may be forfeited.
Prohibited Play and Combining Promotions
- Irregular play: You must not engage in betting patterns or strategies that are designed to guarantee profit or minimise risk in order to meet wagering requirements, including but not limited to hedging bets, placing equal or zero-risk bets, or covering large portions of an outcome range in table games.
- Game restrictions: Certain Games or features (for example, some jackpot games, live dealer games or low-risk bets) may be excluded from or restricted for wagering requirements. Stakes placed on such Games may not count towards the requirements and may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus if used contrary to the published rules.
- Maximum bet while wagering: Where promotional terms specify a maximum permitted stake per bet, spin or game round while a Bonus is active, you must not exceed that limit. Stakes in excess of the permitted maximum may lead to cancellation of the Bonus and related winnings.
- Combining promotions: Unless expressly allowed in the specific promotional terms, Bonuses cannot be combined. If more than one Bonus is available, they will normally be applied and cleared in the order in which they were credited, with Cash Balance used before Bonus Balance unless otherwise stated.
- Abuse and fraud: If we reasonably suspect that you have abused a Bonus or Promotion (including through multiple Accounts, collusion, or misuse of payment methods), we may withhold, cancel or reclaim any Bonus or associated winnings, and we may close or restrict your Account.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: We may make available various payment methods, such as debit cards, bank transfers and certain e-wallets or other digital payment instruments, depending on your location and eligibility.
- Credit card restrictions: In line with regulatory requirements in Great Britain, you must not fund your Account using a credit card (whether directly or through an e-wallet or other service that allows the use of credit cards for gambling payments) where such use is prohibited by law or regulation.
- Ownership of payment instruments: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. We may request evidence of ownership and may suspend the Account or void transactions where we reasonably believe that this requirement has not been met.
- Deposit limits and fees: We may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction or period. Any fees applied by us will be clearly disclosed in the cashier or payment interface before you confirm a transaction. Third-party providers (such as banks or wallet providers) may levy their own charges.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests: You may request a withdrawal of funds from your Cash Balance using the withdrawal options available in the cashier. We may limit withdrawals to methods previously used for deposits (closed-loop policy) where this is required or prudent for security or anti-money laundering purposes.
- Verification prior to withdrawal: We may require you to complete additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, including identity, address, source of funds and source of wealth checks, in line with applicable law and regulatory expectations.
- Processing times: We aim to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with our regulatory obligations. Actual receipt of funds will depend on your chosen payment method and the processing times of third-party providers.
- Bonuses and wagering: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn only once the applicable wagering and other conditions have been satisfied. If you request a withdrawal before meeting such conditions, the unused Bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited, with only your Cash Balance being paid out.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Adjustments
- Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for placing Bets. In exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, we may agree to refund an unused deposit or a stake, for example in the case of a clear error or technical malfunction.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or similar reversal of a deposit, we may suspend or close your Account, recover any funds that have been withdrawn or wagered using the disputed amount, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Account corrections: If funds are credited to your Account in error, you must inform us immediately and must not use such funds. We are entitled to reverse any erroneous credit and, if such funds have been withdrawn, to recover them from you.
Limitation of Liability
Our Obligations
- Reasonable care and skill: We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with our obligations under the laws of Great Britain, the UKGC licence conditions and relevant industry standards.
- Fairness and integrity: We will take reasonable steps to ensure that our Games are fair and operate correctly, including the use of certified RNGs and reputable game suppliers where appropriate, and that betting markets are settled in accordance with their published rules.
- Security: We will take reasonable measures to protect your personal data and Account information and to prevent unauthorised access, consistent with applicable data protection and information security requirements.
Exclusions and Limitations
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components, although we will take reasonable steps to remedy faults that come to our attention.
- Events outside our control: We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of telecommunications networks, internet service providers, hardware or software (other than our own), or power outages.
- Indirect losses: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising in connection with the Services or these Terms.
- Maximum liability: Subject to the paragraph below, our total aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet, Game or transaction shall not exceed the amount of the stake or, where relevant, your net winnings from the Bet, Game or transaction that gave rise to the claim.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Great Britain.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership and Licence
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and the Services, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos (including any Bet Road or roads.bet branding), text, audio-visual content and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors.
- Limited licence: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Site and the Services for lawful gambling and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Uses
- No copying or reverse engineering: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from the Site, the software used in connection with the Services or any part thereof, except as permitted by applicable law.
- No unauthorised use: You must not use any automated tool (including robots, spiders or scrapers) to access or interact with the Site, or use any device, software or routine that interferes with or attempts to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.
- Third-party content: Where third-party software, Games, trademarks or other content are used on the Site, you must comply with any additional terms notified to you and acknowledge that such rights remain with the relevant third-party owners.
Privacy & Data Protection

- Continued use: If you continue to use the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account.
- Bets placed before change: Bets already placed and accepted before the effective date of updated Terms will generally be governed by the version of the Terms that applied at the time the Bet was accepted, unless a change is required by law or regulation to take immediate effect.
Termination & Suspension
Our Rights to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Breach and misconduct: We may suspend or close your Account, cancel or void Bets and withhold funds where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, used the Services in an unlawful or improper manner, engaged in fraud, cheating, money laundering, terrorist financing, bonus abuse or any other activity that threatens the integrity of the Services.
- Regulatory and legal requirements: We may suspend or close your Account where required to do so by law, regulation, a court order or a request from a competent authority, including the UKGC or law enforcement agencies.
- Responsible gambling: We may suspend or restrict your Account where we identify indicators of harm or problematic gambling, or where you request self-exclusion or other responsible gambling measures, in accordance with our responsible gambling procedures.
Your Rights to Close Your Account
- Closure on request: You may request closure of your Account at any time by following the process described on the Site or by contacting customer support. Account closure is subject to completion of outstanding verification checks and settlement of open Bets.
- Self-exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from gambling for a defined period or permanently, you may use the self-exclusion tools provided on the Site. Self-exclusion is a serious step and will be implemented in accordance with our responsible gambling procedures and applicable regulations.
Consequences of Suspension or Closure
- Funds on closure: Upon closure (whether initiated by you or us), any remaining Cash Balance will normally be returned to you, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to us and subject to any legal, regulatory or anti-money laundering restrictions. Bonus Balances may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable Bonus Terms.
- Unsettled bets: Depending on the reasons for closure and applicable legal requirements, open Bets at the time of closure may be honoured, voided or otherwise dealt with in accordance with UKGC guidance and our internal policies. We will act fairly and reasonably in determining the appropriate approach.
- Information retention: We may retain your Account information, including personal data and transaction history, after closure where necessary for regulatory, legal, anti-money laundering, accounting or responsible gambling purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Applicable law: These Terms, your use of the Services and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of the laws of Great Britain that apply to consumer contracts.
- Courts: The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services. This means that you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where required by applicable law.
